  • We understand plans can change unexpectedly but late cancellations or no-shows cost us supplies and time, and can mean someone on the waiting list misses out on a spot.

    Full refund: if you cancel at least 7 days before the event, if we made an error, or if we cancel/reschedule the event.

    No refund: for cancellations made within 7 days of the event or no-shows. You're still welcome to cancel your spot, but a refund won't be issued. Cancellations are not eligible for credit toward future events.

    Please try to let us know if you’re no longer coming as this affects our preparation.
    Cancellations must be submitted by the registrant through the registration platform. Our team is unable to cancel registrations on your behalf.

  • We completely understand. However, most of our attendees come solo! If you feel nervous, get in touch ahead of the event or let us know when you arrive, and we can introduce you to other attendees and help you settle in.

  • Please get in touch ahead of the event if you have any specific concerns so that we can best accommodate your needs. For example, allergies, mobility issues, language barriers, or financial barriers.

    All the activities at our events are completely optional, and we try to have quiet spaces available for breaks.

    As our events are varied, some can be more lively than others. If you're worried about what to expect, please ask us.

    Our creative workshops are usually beginner-friendly, but we'll let you know if otherwise.

    Our events are not designed for children and are meant for adults.

  • We usually film at our events for promotional purposes, but understand that not everyone feels comfortable with this. Please tell us when you arrive if you do not consent, and we’ll respect your privacy.

    Similarly, please be considerate of others when filming or photographing at the event. We do not allow discreet forms of filming, such as AI glasses, and will ask you to remove them.

  • We have loyalty cards for our events, where you get a free gift after attending 6 events.

    These get passed out and stamped at each event, so let us know if we missed you. If you forget your card, just bring it next time for 2 stamps, but we can't issue you another one in the meantime.

    If you lose your loyalty card, we'll have to give you a new empty one until you find it.
